Landscape Expert is a landscaping and garden design company operating in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Faisalabad, Pakistan. We provide services including but not limited to:

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree that:

3. Free Site Assessments & Quotes

Site assessments and consultations offered as “free” are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
Quotes provided after a site assessment are itemized in PKR and valid for a limited period (to be confirmed at the time of quotation), as pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
A quote is not a binding contract until formally accepted by the client and confirmed by Landscape Expert, typically through a signed agreement, advance payment, or written confirmation.

4. Services and Project Delivery

Project timelines, plant availability, and material sourcing may be affected by seasonal factors (e.g., rabi/kharif planting cycles), weather conditions (including monsoon delays), and site accessibility. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.
Landscape Expert uses 100% organic inputs (vermicompost, neem oil, organic slow-release fertilisers) unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Clients requesting non-organic or synthetic inputs must specify this at the time of quotation.
Solar-powered irrigation systems are offered as a standard or optional upgrade depending on the service package; availability and pricing will be confirmed per project.
Any changes to project scope after work has begun (additions, removals, redesigns) may result in revised pricing and timelines, to be agreed upon before proceeding.

5. Payments

Pricing is published transparently in PKR; however, final project cost is confirmed only after a site assessment, as conditions vary by property.
Payment terms (e.g., advance payment, milestone payments, full payment on completion) will be specified in the project quote or service agreement.
We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional cost arising from unforeseen site conditions (e.g., poor soil, drainage issues, structural obstacles) will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

6. Maintenance Packages

Green Maintenance Packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium) are subscription-based services with defined scopes of work (e.g., pruning, fertilisation, weed control, monsoon recovery) as outlined at the time of purchase.
Package terms, visit frequency, and cancellation conditions will be set out in the specific package agreement provided to the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property, access, and any site constraints.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our team on scheduled visit dates.
Inform us of any underground utilities, structural concerns, or hazards on the property prior to work beginning.
Make agreed payments in accordance with the payment terms provided.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We take pride in the quality of our work; however, landscaping involves living organisms and natural elements that are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather extremes, pest infestations, client-side irrigation or maintenance failures, and load shedding-related equipment issues outside our installed solar systems.
Plant replacement guarantees (e.g., for corporate plant care contracts) apply only under the specific terms communicated for that service and do not cover damage caused by client negligence, unauthorized third-party intervention, or force majeure events.
Landscape Expert is not liable for pre-existing site conditions, structural issues unrelated to our work, or damage caused by parties other than our team.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service or project in question.

9. Testimonials and Portfolio Use

Client testimonials and project photos featured on our website, social media (Instagram, Pinterest), and marketing materials are shared with client consent.
If you have provided a testimonial or allowed use of project photography and wish to have it removed, please contact us using the details below.

10. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service request or scheduled site assessment at no cost prior to any work commencing.
Cancellation after work has begun, materials have been purchased, or a maintenance package has started may be subject to charges for work completed, materials procured, and any applicable cancellation terms specified in the service agreement.

11. Communication

By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form, you consent to being contacted by Landscape Expert regarding your inquiry, project, or ongoing service. You may opt out of marketing communications (such as our newsletter) at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
